TSYM-21: TREASURY VALUE ACCRUAL FROM CONSULTING GRANTS

To establish more ways in which the treasury of The Symmetrical accrues value, we want to propose a fixed % of the money received as grants from the projects we work with will go directly to the DAOs treasury, and the rest will be split among the DAO members working on a given project.
