Summary:

This proposal seeks to accept for information the quarterly financial statement for June 2023. Please note that the final proposal for June cannot be posted until after the vote on the "Establishing New Procedures for Bursary Receipt and Quarterly Reporting" proposal concludes. This is to ensure that the financial statement accurately reflects the outcome of that vote. The pre-proposal for the June 2023 quarterly financial statement will remain open for 2 weeks to allow for the conclusion of the bursary payment proposal.

Procedure:

The procedure for this proposal will be a single-choice vote.

Quorum:

A quorum for this proposal will be reached when 12 million DAO tokens have responded. Upon reaching this quorum, the proposal will graduate to a final proposal.

Options:

1. Accept as Information: Vote to accept the June 2023 quarterly financial statement.

2. Do Not Accept as Information: Vote against accepting the June 2023 quarterly financial statement.

3. Abstain: Abstain from voting on the acceptance of the financial statement but contribute to the quorum count.
