Everything about our Uplift DAO needs to be as transparent as possible so in the interest of that value/principle I would like to formally publish my intentions around my stake in the Uplift DAO.

• I have 36525011 UDT in this main account
• I pledge to sell no more than 4 Million UDT per calendar year from this account, any exception to this will require a full DAO vote to approve.
• It is my goal to reduce my stake to around 25% over a responsible amount of time.
• It is my intention to never sell from this main account into the UDT Liquidity Pool. (I have a gamer account where I got airdropped UDT like the rest of you for owning land and using UPLIFTIUM, I reserve the right to degen however I want with this pile 😉 )
• It is my intention to only ever sell OTC (Over The Counter) outside the Liquidity Pool so it can't effect the price.
• It is my intention to only sell to organizations that will be long term awesome strategic partners to help create an amazing foundation for the Uplift's future.

I'm here to help build Uplift into the future of the metaverse! I'm here for the long haul!
