TIP-082: TTG Betastaker reimbursement and tBTC Redemption Fees Mint and Transfer
This proposal has 3 purposes:
- Reimburse the Threshold Treasury Guild for T tokens delegated to Beta Stakers.
- Mint ~10 tBTC from Bridge Redemption Fees and transfer to the Treasury Guild.
