TIP-042: Protecting Contributors
This proposal is to budget 15,000 DAI to be spent on legal consultation with Antifirm (https://www.antifirm.com/) for conducting a review and providing guidance to the DAO on an optimal legal structure to protect DAO contributors.
The engagement will be managed by the Treasury Guild and will target a completion in December 2022.
