Increase spending to CanuDAO

This proposal is to increase the spending allocation to CanuDAO from 0.25 ETH to 0.5 ETH per funding cycle, for them to ramp up the growth services they're providing.

Previously, CanuDAO has been loosely managing Twitter content and helping out with Discord decisions. Here's a summary of CanuDAO's recent proposal outlining the additional work they'll be doing:

Twitter

• Continue planning content and sharing in socials Discord channel before posting, and experimenting with more ways to boost engagement
• Developing and integrating a Twitter bot to report on Tile minting

Discord

• Act as community moderators, managing channels and bot integrations
• CanuDAO will invite its CanuHelper-v1 bot to the server to help consult data from JuiceBox protocol right on the server on September 2—this will give us more insight into our treasury activity
• Report on stats for our Discord server
