TRC-105 Enable AURA/WETH Gauge [Ethereum] (10% Cap)

Motivation This publication proposes creating a new AURA/WETH gauge with a revised liquidity range via the GRTRC process.

Background The AURA/WETH pool range from TRC #002 is not desirable anymore and was killed. The new range is wider and expected to receive incentives to attract liquidity deposits. Old Range: 247.71 to 1307.2 New Range: 828.53 to 2498.91
