"There is both a need and demand for such a bLUSD/LUSD pool on Uniswap. A few day ago, Gravita Protocol was launched, with bLUSD enabled as collateral (99% LTV), driving renewed interest for the token. This pool will be competing against a $5.3M TVL Curve bLUSD/LUSD-3crv pool with a 0.203% swapping fee — I believe around $300 to $500k TVL will already be enough to provide competitive pricing and capture most of the volume, thanks to the vastly improved liquidity efficiency with the precise price distribution enabled by Uniswap V3 & the single asset pairing. The LIT incentives will help to establish a yield baseline, ensuring the attractiveness of the pool for LPs even during volume downturns."
