Mine CAKE with BUSD from TinyDAO and use CAKE to buyback TINC

Background

TinyDAO has been launched for almost a year. TinyDAO treasury has accumulated more than $725,000 worth of BUSD and $250,000 worth of TINC TOKEN up to now. We appreciate each and every community members' contribution to TinyDAO. To improve the fund utilization in TinyDAO treasury and create more value for the Tiny World community and platform, we are initiating the following governance proposal:

Proposal

1. Take 50% of the BUSD (worth about $362,500) from the TinyDAO treasury and SWAP half of it into USDC. Form a BUSD-USDC LP on PancakeSwap and stake the LP to PancakeSwap farm to earn CAKE rewards.
2. The earned CAKE will be used to buyback TINC on a regular basis.
