Background
According to communities' feedback and the Tiny World team's data analysis, there are two situations in the material market that are not conducive to Tiny Kingdom's long-term healthy development.

Large numbers of "farm" accounts owned by a handful of users are harvesting and listing materials on the marketplace, resulting in a long waiting time for regular players to sell materials. The liquidity of material trading among regular players is disrupted.

Using SR or SSR NFTs unlimited times for expeditions, which leads to a large number of high-level materials being distributed. This has a negative impact on the liquidity of materials for regular players.
Proposal
- OPTION A - Maintain the status quo, with no adjustment.
- OPTION B - Players can list a material of a certain quality when their maximum castle power reaches the corresponding quality material drop requirement as shown in Table1. (List green material requires 10 castles, list blue material requires 100 castles, etc) OR Players can list a material of certain quality when they have a matching quality hero in Tiny Kingdom as shown in Table2. (List Green material requires R hero, List blue material requires SR hero, etc).Players must only achieve ONE of the above two methods before they can list materials of the corresponding quality.
- OPTION C - Players can ONLY list a material of a certain quality when their maximum castle power reaches the corresponding quality material drop requirement as shown in Table1. (Green = 10, Blue = 100, etc)
