Stablecoin BUSD Exchange Proposal in TinyDAO Treasury

Background

In light of the recent US lawsuit filed against PAXOS- the issuer of BUSD, Binance and PAXOS have stopped minting the stablecoin BUSD. To ensure the persistence and security of the stablecoins in the TinyDAO treasury, we propose exchanging all of the BUSD in the TinyDAO treasury for USDC. Furthermore, if there are any future risks with USDC, we propose allowing the team to exchange stablecoin funds for USDT (provided that USDT remains secure).
