Summary

According to the results of this Forum post, a vast majority of respondents were either neutral or indicated a preference for a legal entity for Black Flag DAO.

To help us determine if and how to proceed with legal entity formation, the Transition Council believes its prudent to obtain a legal opinion letter from a licensed U.S.-based attorney to provide an independent legal analysis of the best course of action for Black Flag DAO.

Specifications

If approved, the Transition Council will retain an attorney to provide a legal opinion letter and ask the Multsig to pay for costs associated with the Letter, not to exceed $5,000.
