Summary

The Outline for Proposed Reorg proposes the creation of a Transition Council to steward us through the reorg process. The Outline contemplates an election process, but a number of members have suggested it makes more sense to appoint a council as there are few active governatoooors who are interested in this work and have the skills to execute such a transition.

Some members have already expressed interest in being part of this council: https://discord.com/channels/834499078434979890/841331817881010196/1237131333948674078, and I can imagine others who would want to take part who were not present at the governance meeting that day (links, Iced, WinVerse, to name a few).

As contemplated in this vote, if tlBANK holders approve appointment rather than election, we would create a Transition Council at the next Governance meeting following conclusion of this vote.
