Summary

This is the first of many Snapshot Proposals related to the Outline for Proposed DAO Reorg Working Edition (3rd Edition 5/22/24).

This Proposal is to gauge high-level sentiment on whether we continue as an org or liquidate the treasury.

Specifications

This initial vote is set to serve two functions:

1. To test responsiveness to this Space (curious how many tlBANK holders are paying attention), and
2. To gauge sentiment on what I see as our three paths forward: a. Reorg the DAO, in whatever form that may take b. Liquidate the Vault and pay it out to BANK holders c. Liquidate the Vault and pay it out to tlBANK holders

I've set the poll to ranked choice voting, so please rank your preferences accordingly.

Depending on the results, a hybrid liquidation plan may be proposed which pays out the treasury to BANK and tlBANK holders.
