TIP 02: Council Stipends

This proposal is to establish monthly stipend payments for all TLX council members. This includes members of the:

• Tabby Council
• Intern Council
• Ecosystem Council

All Council members, regardless of which Council they are in, are to receive the same monthly stipend of 2,500 $TLX tokens. Whereby the full amount is distributed to each Council member through a LlamaPay stream. The Council stipend program is an important part of TLX DAO operations, ensuring that each Council member is supported for their continuous contributions to the TLX DAO. The stipend amount proposed in this post is a fair starting point. However, it should be noted that the monthly stipend amount can be adjusted via governance in the future. Given that the $TLX governance token is a volatile asset, and is relatively new, future adjustments may be needed.
