What do we do with Jenkins The Valet?

We had a lot of discussions around this topic in the #d-Jenkins channel in our Discord. Now we need to decide on our course of action before Dec 28th.

Option 1: Sell Valet Tickets (~1.6 ETH)
Option 2: Use our 8 Valet Tickets on our own apes
Option 3: Option 2 + Allow DAO members with valet tickets to use our Apes/mutants
Option 4: Option 3 + Let Jenkins team know and first come, first served to use the remainder.
