How should we buy back undervalued APED?

The proposal to buy back undervalued APED has passed, and there are a few things we need to start thinking about.

One is... How do we buy it back?

The most simple answer is just go out to Uniswap and buy. The challenge is that our liquidity pool is small and activity generally places big swings on the price of APED.

The DAO would likely have to make small buys over a long(ish) period of time to mitigate the sell-activity that would come with a rapid spike in price.

The alternative would be to coordinate some sort of manual (Over the Counter) process for buying people out. This would likely allow us more control over the prices we accept from sellers on higher volume transactions.

Either route will result in arbitrage opportunities (people that buy APED at the current value and sell back to the DAO), and at least one additional vote will follow this to discuss the mechanics so we can buy back in a way that best benefits us all.
