Burn $aped in DAO Treasury

Since the vote for liquidation has passed, there's no need for the DAO to hold any $aped tokens. Burning them doesn't do anything other than make the circulating supply clearer to everyone. It's possible that the DAO will earn more tokens through sale of assets directly in $aped, this proposal would allow for those tokens to be burnt too.
