Relationship between REMIX Team and APE DAO going forward

REMIX! was created as a project for the APE DAO and the ownership and financial splits after the initial sale have never been clearly defined.

First is the definition of ownership and second is to define how the funds from primary sales and secondary sales are distributed.

The REMIX! Team needs clarity on what the incentives are for themselves in order to spend more time to make the project successful. In particular, the team is currently only paid on Initial sales of each project and is not incentivized to build secondary sales.

It is in the best interest of the APE DAO that REMIX! performs well so as to generate more primary and secondary income.

• Option 1: Keep REMIX! as a Passive Income Source via IP Licensing + Minority Ownership (No Involvement from the DAO + 20% Ownership)

• Option 2: Take Over REMIX! with an Internal or External Team (Full Involvement from the DAO + 100% Ownership)
