BAYC Liquidation Plan

We have started auctioning off our non-BAYC assets, and with the term of the [1 week] period given to Kyloren to find a good bundle bid for all BAYC coming to term in 48H, we would like to prepare the ground for selling our BAYC-ecosystem assets.

2 Steps:

1. Pre-approve a 12k ETH Bundle sell for all BAYC/MAYC/BAKC, should the bid appear in the next 48H.

• 12k ETH is the equivalent of the Average pricing on WGMI.IO, and is a decent bid considering that the longer we take to sell our assets, the more exposed we are to a drop in value.
• This would be roughly equivalent to closing the DAO for a valuation of 1 APED = 22 USD at current levels.
• Currently, the best bid received by the DAO is 10k ETH.

2. After 48H and if no 12k ETH bid was received, we will start auctioning BAYC-ecosystems in smaller sets (bundles or individually).

• Note that in this case, we would also agree to a bundle sale of all our remaining BAYC-ecosystem NFTs at a price of 12k ETH minus anything that we would have already sold so far, so that we will have achieved the 12k ETH target in total for our BAYC-ecosystem assets.
