Let Kyloren Buy/Sell Assets on Behalf of the DAO ?

There have been many comments made around starting to implement on our BAYC focused strategy but we are still working on a formal framework to professionalize the DAO and this takes time.

We don't want to block the DAO activity, hence for the sake of time efficiency and in order to capture time-sensitive opportunities, we propose to give Kyloren, the founder of APE DAO, decision making power when it comes to:

• Selling non-BAYC assets
• Buying BAYC assets

This proposal is in line with our Mission to be BAYC focused and will remain valid until Selling and Buying Shrewdnesses (small working groups) are in place with a proper framework and guidelines. Those will be worked out in the coming days/weeks.

Additionally and to provide some framework on this proposal:

• Buying or Selling any asset valued above 100E should be put for a specific vote separately
• Kyloren will report to the DAO at least on a weekly basis on his buying and selling activity on behalf of the DAO
• Kyloren will not vote on this proposal
