APED GOVERANCE 3: Use Every Serum?

This vote is open only until Sunday Dec 19 9:00PM (USA East Coast). The question is to clarify what Mutate ALL will mean to the group that will need to do the mutating. Use all 81 Serums (65 M1s and 16 M2s) OR Use 52 M1s and 8 M2s as suggested by an expert on Mutation?

1. Do we proceed as planned and "Mutate Everything" (use all the Serums to create 81 Mutants but not every BAYC we hold will use a Serum since some BAYC will use 2) OR,
2. Should we only mutate 52 M1's and 8 M2's right now, and figure out what to do with the leftover serums (sell or hodl) later via vote?
