APE DAO Governance Formalization

Should we approve proposal to formalize DAO Governance.

When we’re talking about governance, we’re talking about everything from the vision (mission) of the DAO, what we buy (and don't buy) and sell (or HODL), how we generate income, how we manage the $APED token, who can get involved and in what capacity and with what compensation. Simply said, we mean the decision-making process.
