Appoint Liquidation Committee

Give the liquidation committee, led by Edge, Shockermandan, and Feld, broad authority to liquidate the DAO in the best interest of continuing holders. The committee will work closely w/ Kyloren and Multi-Signors to approve/execute transactions.

Authority may include, but is not limited to (a) Auctioning off or selling NFTs for $APED, (b) Auctioning off or selling NFTs for $ETH , (c) Market Buybacks and burns of $APED on uniswap, (d) Private Buybacks and burns of $APED. No individual will have the authority to act unilaterally, and, while no additional vote is required, actions will be communicated to DAO members.

If a liquidation committee member drops below 7,500 $APED, The Ape Council has the right to replace that member or to collectively decide to allow them to continue on the committee.
