Purchase Ecumenopolis

This is a proposal for the APE DAO to purchase a Ecumenopolis from the Art Blocks Playground Collection. This collection was launched 3 days ago and the floor price has already exceeded 4 ETH. It is one of the most successful non-curated collections in the entire Art Blocks catalogue. The artist Joshua Bagley also has a curated collection "Dreams" which has also seen recent success. The proposal is for purchasing either 1 piece for up to 7 ETH or 2 pieces for no more than an average of 12 ETH.
