Zed run proposal

This proposal will allow the DAO to invest upto 12-14 ETH in buying zed run horses. There is a clear strategy to earn passive income from these horses and running a stable. Pz2 - a DAO member has prepared this and is willing to help the DAO out for it. Couple of crazy ape members have looked at the plan in detail and feel its quite detailed and well thought through. There are other members who have also offered to help and their suggestions and comments have been incorporated in the plan after looking at the discussion in the discord. We are not posting the exact plan here for the risk of getting front run on some of the purchases we would be making. The entire plan will be posted to the DAO discord once the proposal is voted through.
