Axie Infinity Proposal

This proposal is to allow the DAO to spend upto 8 ETH in building 10 axie teams (total 30 axies - 3 axies per team) with scholars. This will allow the DAO to get passive income while being invested in one of the fastest growing blockchain games. The DAO will start with one team , see the progress and then move to making more teams. The returns should come in every 14 days to the DAO wallet so that the investment can be kept track of easily. The first team is being managed by me (kylo). Chagz - another member of the DAO has also agreed to help if needed to manage more teams. This proposal has been discussed in some detail on the discord with most feeling that passive income for now seems to be a better investment rather than going for buying mystic axie land - that can be considered separately in the future.
