Buy Blitmaps

My proposal is to bid on and buy 3 Blitmaps with, if possible, unminted Blitnauts (Blitmap Companions) at an offer of 12 ETH per unit (36 ETH total) and a maximum of 14 ETH per unit (42 ETH total).

Punk 4156 has been liquidating Genesis Palette Blitmaps (high quality units) at floor prices. I propose we start here in our search and can take the lead on negotiations.

TLDR; Blitmap is dhof's (Loot Creator) first project. It has support from a bunch of OGs and ETH rich folks. It feels like some post-Blitnaut euphoria loss has impacted value in an illiquid project where the floor was as high as 30 ETH. I strongly suspect dhof will continue to bring utility to this project.

Blitmap Floor is currently 12 ETH and 13 buys away from 20 ETH. Blitnaut Floor is 3.3 and 14 buys away from 9 ETH.
