https://nouns.wtf/ - these are being auctioned. a continuous series and completely automated auctions. low serial would be valuable over time. the project is innovative in its tech. by buying a noun, we become part of the nouns dao and have one vote per noun. This is to approve spending on buying a noun with mint no. #9 or less for no more than 35ETH.
