Purchase a Fidenza

We have had proposals regarding Fidenza in the past that have passed so please reference previous for justification. This proposal is to allocate up to 180 ETH to purchase a Fidenza during the current pull back. Ideally we can buy the current one on Dutch Auction https://opensea.io/assets/0xa7d8d9ef8d8ce8992df33d8b8cf4aebabd5bd270/78000473/ but if the DAO funds aren't in the wallet to move fast enough on this we can follow this proposal up with other Fidenza options as they appear or make WETH offers for specific ones that seem desirable.
