TRU-1: Establishment of Tokemak Foundation.

Abstract

This proposal looks to approve the ownership transfer of several aspects of the Tokemak protocol to the Tokemak Foundation:

1. Transfer ownership of the Tokemak treasury to the Foundation. This transfer would include the ownership transfer of the DAO/Treasury Multisig (0x8b4334d4812C530574Bd4F2763FcD22dE94A969B) and the Dev Coordinator Multisig (0x90b6C61B102eA260131aB48377E143D6EB3A9d4B).
2. Transfer rights to the Tokemak smart-contracts and underlying IP to the Foundation. During this ownership transfer, funds will remain in the multisig.
3. Appoint @liquiditywizard as the Tokemak DAO Representative for the Foundation.

Snapshot voting on the above proposals will be conducted individually via approval voting; any proposal that gets at least 50% approval and a quorum of 11M votes becomes the official policy of the DAO.

If the proposal passes, the actions necessary for items #1, #2, and #3 in the Abstract above will be taken.

Conclusion & Next Steps

This proposal looks to set precedent as the first action snapshot taken by TOKE holders. Upon successful execution, the Foundation will be in a position to move forward for the Tokemak community.
