Token Mint for ENS Onboarding

Voting ended over 4 years agoSucceeded

A couple of days ago, I decided to purchase 28 ENS domain names for some people I thought would be awesome to get into crypto, from members of the Laravel and PHP communities (which I've been part of for years now) to game developers and indie makers. Here's a list of the domains I acquired:

  • justina.eth
  • marcelpociot.eth
  • taylorotwell.eth
  • adamwathan.eth
  • wesbos.eth
  • matteing.eth
  • zyger.eth
  • samhogan.eth
  • samselikoff.eth
  • christophrumpel.eth
  • calebporzio.eth
  • dcoulbourne.eth
  • jackmcdade.eth
  • mijustin.eth
  • flarup.eth
  • thesepist.eth
  • larkef.eth
  • morajabi.eth
  • febucci.eth
  • kikobeats.eth
  • danrowden.eth
  • cgenco.eth
  • timolins.eth
  • phineyes.eth
  • leeerob.eth
  • ethanlipnik.eth
  • sebastianlague.eth
  • freekmurze.eth

I'm planning to write an article on my Mirror publication that goes over what ENS is, how to set up a Rainbow wallet & a bunch of projects and libraries I think could catch the eye of these people and hopefully get them to look a little deeper into crypto.

Along with their domain, I thought it would be nice to mint a few $MIGUEL tokens (10 per person for a total of 280 $MIGUEL tokens, probably less in practice since I know at least two people in the list already hold $MIGUEL) to include in the onboarding as a way to get them interested in social tokens and governance voting.

So, should I mint some $MIGUEL for these people, or is the domain enough?
