TIP35 - Proposal for a new budget to improve LON liquidity（新一轮 LON 流动性预算的提案）

Background

• LON (Tokenlon Network Token) is the network token issued by Tokenlon to incentivize participants in the Tokenlon network ecosystem. On December 23, 2020, it was officially launched and circulated.
• Initially, 10 million LON was set aside to incentivize liquidity on the Ethereum network  build liquidity pools. These are the details of the allocation
  • 7,309,810 LON have been allocated to seven rounds of liquidity mining incentives
  • We used 2,690,190 LON to build the protocol owned liquidity after TIP 24 was voted in
• The current state of Tokenlon protocol's multi-chain deployment
  • Tokenlon offers the swap on the Ethereum mainnet, while the Limit Order is deployed on the Ethereum mainnet and Arbitrum.
• There is currently no professional market making done for the LON token. This means that big buy or sell orders can lead to short-term price fluctuations due to  fragmented market liquidity. This high volatility is not good for LON's long-term development.
• In extreme cases, it may lead to LON being delisted from centralized exchanges. As the entire cryptocurrency industry recovers, the Tokenlon core team hopes to initiate a new round of liquidity budget.

Objective of the proposal

• To prepare a new liquidity budget to facilitate future LON multi-chain deployment and market-making on centralized exchanges.

Details of the proposal

• We would like to propose a 5 million LON budget to incentivise liquidity. This budget will be used to deploy LON across different networks and facilitate LON market making on centralized exchanges

How the proposal will be implemented

• To withdraw 5 million LON from the multi-signature contract to provide this round of liquidity incentive budget.

• 随着整个加密行业复苏，Tokenlon 核心团队基于未来的规划思考，希望发起新一轮流动性预算提案

目的

• 为未来 Tokenlon 多网络部署&中心化交易所做市，所需的流动性资金做准备

• 本次提案的发起，是面向未来流动性部署预备，可能的应用场景包括不限于
  • 中心化交易所做市资金
  • L2 等多网络部署的流动性激励
• 提议筹备新一轮流动性激励预算 500万 LON
