TIP25 - Adjusting reward allocation for trade mining (LON 交易挖矿激励调整)

Background

• Based on the LON litepaper, for every 1 LON bought back, 1 LON will be minted. The LON minted will be distributed to the traders, market makers, relayers and referrers
• More specifically, referrers earn 15% of the total trade mining reward pool.
• Unfortunately, after genesis mining, we have not achieved the desired results from the referral program
• Few people have successfully referred users to Tokenlon, which led to a situation of a small group of users receiving 15% of the trade mining pool.
• This is unfair to the other groups who contributed proportionally more trading volume

Goal Of Proposal

Call for LON holders to vote on the reward pool allocation for referrers

Proposed Action Items

According to the voting result, the change will take effect in the phase VIII LON trade mining

Voting Rules

• Addresses with more than 0 LON or xLON can vote
• Addresses currently participating in LON liquidity mining or holding the respective LP tokens can vote (including unclaimed LON reward)
• Voting start time: 2021.12.1 12:30 pm UTC+8
• Voting end time: 2021.12.3 12:30 pm UTC+8

Voting Options

• A. Continue with the current scheme, with a revamped referral scheme. Retain 15% rewards for referrers.
• B. Lower referrer rewards down to 5%, traders to receive 45%
• C. Lower referrer rewards down to 0%, traders to receive 50%

背景

• 根据 LON 白皮书中设计的经济模型，交易挖矿因子默认值为 1，即每回购 1 个 LON，就会有 1 个 LON 被铸出，铸出的 LON 将根据网络参与者的奖励比例来进行分配
• 其中，Tokenlon 新用户的推荐者可以瓜分 15% 的 LON 邀请奖励
• 从历史的邀请情况来看，邀请奖励池被少数地址瓜分，并没有起到拉新的作用，核心团队也收到了很多来自社区的类似反馈

目的

由社区投票，来决定是否调整 LON 交易挖矿中邀请奖池的比例

提案执行项

根据投票结果，来实施调整下一期 (第八期) LON 交易挖矿的奖池分配比例，本次投票结果只影响奖励分配，不影响原来的算力公式。

投票规则

• 持有 LON、xLON 或 LON LP token 的钱包地址均能参与投票（包含未认领的 LON 奖励）
• 治理投票开启时间：2021.12.1 12:30 pm UTC+8
• 治理投票结束时间：2021.12.3 12:30 pm UTC+8

投票选项

• A. 邀请奖池占比保持 15% 不变，交易奖池占比依然为 35%
• B. 邀请奖池占比下降至 5%，交易奖池占比从 35% 增加至 45%
• C. 邀请奖池占比下降至 0% 交易奖池占比从 35% 增加为 50%
