TIP28 - Proposed changes to Tokenlon listing mechanism (Tokenlon 上币机制的优化)

Background

• Currently, Tokenlon has two methods to list new trading pairs. First, our professional market makers will provide token liquidity. Second, we route AMM pools and list pairs with sufficient liquidity (currently Uniswap, SushiSwap)
• The current process for listing tokens via AMM pools is as follows

1. Core team selects popular tokens to list
2. We check the AMM liquidity to ensure it’s sufficient
3. Engineer team tests and finalises the list of trading pairs
4. The team submits a TIP to list the select tokens
5. After the community proposal is approved, the tokens can be officially listed on Tokenlon.

• This is a long and inefficient process, which does not meet the demand of Tokenlon users to trade tokens once it’s trending

Goal

Change the listing mechanism so that we can list trending tokens quickly on Tokenlon to meet the needs of users

Proposed Action Item

• Tokenlon's core team defines the standards for listing new pairs and decides whether or not to list , instead of submitting a proposal to vote for each listing
• I.e. The Tokenlon core team will take charge of listing from beginning to end

Notes

• The new listing standards are considered by the core team based on factors such as slippage protection, TVL, whether it is secure, and whether there is a contract locking mechanism.
• Community members can still propose tokens that meet the liquidity requirements to list on Tokenlon. Please submit your proposal through the Tokenlon Governance Forum or Tokenlon Discord and we will assess the token.

• Tokenlon 上架新币对有两种方式，做市商支持或者路由至 Pairs 流动性足够的 AMM pool （主要是 Uniswap、SushiSwap）
• 目前 AMM pool 支持上币的流程：核心团队筛选热门代币 → AMM 流动性是否足够查验 → 工程师团队测试，确定可支持上币列表 → TIP 社区提案 → 社区提案通过，生产环境配置后，该批次代币方可在 Tokenlon 正式上架交易
• 整个新币上架流程冗长、低效，不足以满足 Tokenlon 社区用户，快速交易热门资产的需求

目的

加密世界热点项目不断涌现，为加快 Tokenlon 市场热点响应速度，希望能改良目前的上币流程，更快速的上架热门项目代币

提案执行项

由社区成员和核心团队共同收集热门代币，核心团队评估可行性，并执行快速上架热门项目代币。

说明

• 新币对上架标准，由核心团队基于滑点保护、TVL 、是否涉及证券、是否有合约锁仓机制等因素，综合考量。
• 上架代币列表由社区成员和核心团队共同收集，确定新币名单后不再有 TIP 提案交由社区投票环节，从而提高 Tokenlon 上币效率
• 社区成员可通过 Tokenlon Discord 或 Tokenlon 治理论坛，向核心团队提议上架满足流动性要求的热门代币

• 持有 LON、xLON 或 LON LP token 的钱包地址均能参与投票（包含未认领的 LON 奖励）
