TIP 13 - LON Buyback Community Incentive（LON 回购社区激励）

Background

• LON Buyback launched on 1st April and it went well as expected for the last 90 days.
• As of 12th May 4:00 pm UTC, 498,036.70 LONs has been repurchase via 114 unique addresses.
• Anyone can initiate LON buyback, but you have to pay the miner fee when call the buyback contract. The higher of miner fee, the higher is the cost to trigger the buyback.

Goal

• Let the community decide on whether to airdrop LON rewards to these 114 addresses for appreciating them to trigger the LON buyback for the community. The rewards will come from LON treasury.

Proposed Action Items

• According to the voting result to decide whether to implement the incentive. And if the proposal passes, the LON airdrop time is to be determined.

Voting Rules

• Addresses with more than 0 LON can vote
• Addresses with more than 0 xLON can vote
• Addresses participating LON liquidity mining or holding the respective LP tokens can vote (including unclaimed LON reward)
• LON balance snapshot block: 12431439
• Voting start time: 2021.5.14 7:00 UTC
• Voting end time: 2021.5.16 7:00 UTC

Voting Options

• A. Each address gets 10 LONs rewards
• B. Each address gets 20 LONs rewards
• C. Each address gets 30 LONs rewards
• D. No reward

背景

• LON 回购自 4 月 1 日正式启动，已正常运转近一个半月的时间，并已陆续开放所有 Tokenlon 手续费代币参与 LON 回购。
• 截至 5 月 13 日 0:00 am UTC+8，累计回购了 498,036.70 LON，成功发起回购的地址数有 114 个。
• LON 回购可由社区任何人发起，但需支付调用回购合约的矿工费，在矿工费高的情况下，发起回购的成本也会变高。

目的

• 由社区决定，是否对 5 月 13 日 0:00 am UTC+8 之前成功发起回购的地址进行 LON 空投奖励，感谢他们对于 LON 回购的支持，奖励将由 LON 财库支出。

提案执行项

• 根据提案投票结果决定是否实施激励，具体 LON 奖励空投时间待定

投票规则

• 持有 LON 大于 0 的地址能够参与本次治理投票
• 持有 xLON 大于 0 的地址能够参与本次治理投票
• 参与 LON 流动性挖矿或持有对应 LP 代币的地址能够参与本次治理投票（包含未领取 LON 奖励）
• LON 持有量快照区块高度：12431439
• 治理投票开启时间：2021.5.14 15:00 UTC+8
• 治理投票结束时间：2021.5.16 15:00 UTC+8
