TIP17 - Rewards for LON Buyback (第二次 LON 回购社区激励)

Background Context

• The LON Buyback was launched on 1st April and it has performed well over the last 4 months.
• As of today, 2,511,970.44 LON has been repurchased, and 161 unique addresses have triggered buyback successfully from 12th May 4:00 pm UTC to 10th August 4:00 pm UTC.
• Anyone can initiate the LON buyback, but you will incur miner fees when calling the buyback contract. The higher of the miner fee, the higher cost you incur to trigger the buyback.

Goal Of Proposal

We would like the community to decide on whether to airdrop LON rewards to these 161 addresses for their work in triggering the LON buyback between 12th May 4:00 pm UTC and 10th August 4:00 pm UTC for the community. The rewards will come from the LON treasury.

Proposed Action Items

According to the voting result, we will decide whether to implement the reward. And if the proposal passes, the LON airdrop time will be determined.

Voting Rules

• Addresses with more than 0 LON can vote
• Addresses with more than 0 xLON can vote
• Addresses currently participating in LON liquidity mining or holding the respective LP tokens can vote (including unclaimed LON reward)
• LON balance snapshot block: 13008892
• Voting start time: 2021.8.12 7:00 UTC
• Voting end time: 2021.8.15 7:00 UTC

• A. Each address gets 10 LON rewards
• B. Each address gets 20 LON rewards
• C. Each address gets 30 LON rewards

背景

• LON 回购自 4 月 1 日正式启动，已正常运转近 4 个多月的时间，并已陆续开放所有 Tokenlon 手续费代币参与 LON 回购；
• 截至目前，已累计回购了 2,511,970.44 LON，在 5 月 13 日 0:00 am UTC+8 至 8 月 11 日 0:00 am UTC+8 成功发起回购的地址数有 161 个；
• LON 回购可由社区任何人发起，但需支付调用回购合约的矿工费，矿工费随以太坊主网拥堵情况而变动。

目的

由社区决定，是否对 5 月 13 日 0:00 am UTC+8 至 8 月 11 日 0:00 am UTC+8 之间成功发起回购的 161 地址进行 LON 空投奖励，感谢他们对于 LON 回购的支持，奖励将由 LON 财库支出。

提案执行项

根据提案投票结果决定是否实施激励，具体 LON 奖励空投时间待定

• 持有 LON 大于 0 的地址能够参与本次治理投票
• 持有 xLON 大于 0 的地址能够参与本次治理投票
• 参与 LON 流动性挖矿或持有对应 LP 代币的地址能够参与本次治理投票（包含未领取 LON 奖励）
• LON 持有量快照区块高度：13008892
• 治理投票开启时间：2021.8.12 15:00 UTC+8
• 治理投票结束时间：2021.8.15 15:00 UTC+8
