TIP5 - Reduce trading fees for LON pairs (LON 相关交易手续费下调)

Background

• Tokenlon protocol charges a standard trading fee of 0.3% for LON pairs. To take advantage of the recent public attention towards LON, the core team proposes to reduce the trading fees for LON pairs as part of our Spring Festival campaign.
• Reduced fees should help Tokenlon offer more competitive rates for LON pairs, therefore attracting more people to trade LON on Tokenlon.

Goal

• Let the community decide on the trading fees for the LON pairs.

Proposed Action Items

• Make changes based on the voting results of the proposal. It will take effect for 4 weeks, from 2021.2.4 11:00 UTC to 2021.3.4 11:00 UTC.

Voting Rules

• Only the addresses that hold more than 0 LON can vote.
• LON not in your address because of liquidity mining or other reasons can’t vote.
• LON balance snapshot block: 11775715
• Voting start time: 2021.2.2 9:00 UTC
• Voting end time: 2021.2.4 9:00 UTC

• A. Maintain standard trading fees for LON pairs at 0.3%
• B. Reduce standard trading fees for LON pairs to 0.2%
• C. Reduce standard trading fees for LON pairs to 0.1%

• 近期 LON 的市场关注度有较明显上升，核心团队建议以春节福利的形式降低 LON 相关交易手续费，从而为 LON 提供更具竞争力的交易汇率，方便并吸引更多用户选择在 Tokenlon 交易 LON。

• 根据提案投票结果实施激励，LON 相关交易手续费下调有效时间为 2021.2.4 19:00 UTC+8 至 2021.3.4 19:00 UTC+8，共计 4 周。

• 持有 LON 大于 0 的地址能够参与本次治理投票。
• 参与流动性挖矿等其他原因而不在地址的 LON 将无法计入投票。
