Overview｜What is a Genesis Proposal?

Genesis is a Biblical reference and signifies “The Beginning”. This will be our very first proposal in our DAO Governance space on Snapshot.org located at: https://snapshot.org/#/tokensummit.eth

Token Summit DAO LLC ($TSDAO)

Token Summit DAO is a subsidiary DAO of 3winDAO (Triple Win Foundation DAO LLC).

Vision

Together we will ascend token summit, discover metaverse and web3 using NFTs, DAOs, and all the tokens.

Mission

• Deliver a fun and profitable 1-day virtual summit in Feb-2022, then a 3-day event 3 times a year after (Feb, June, October) annually.

What is a “Season”?

A season is an agreed upon window of time when members can align on projects that help us in achieving our broader mission.

During this initial season, we are laying a solid foundation while being intently focused on delivering value to our members with the first International DAO Day — #DAOday22222 on Feb 22, 2022.

Season 1｜#TokenSummit622｜Jun 21-23, 2022

Season 1 will be the first full Token Summit, a 3-day virtual event occurring on Jun 21-23, 2022.

Governance Process

Board of Stewards

The community has agreed to “roadmap” implementing a Board of Stewards (BoS) (see write up on SporkDAO). We anticipate that this process will occur before the end of 2022.

The Board of Stewards' primary responsibility is to help the DAO operate smoothly and efficiently so that Token Summit DAO can provide the highest quality events and build a strong community around them.

Initial Voting / Proposal Process

1. Discussion origination ... on Discord (Working Groups, Community Calls, etc)
2. Create Discord Poll with Sesh bot + thread ("temp check")
3. Proposal DRAFT on Notion
4. Share Notion with community on previously created Discord thread
5. Submit proposal on Snapshot
6. Community votes on Snapshot Proposal

Two Proposal Types: TSIPs & TDPs

• TSIP = Token Summit Improvement Proposal … proposals that do not involve the allocation of funds from treasure
• TDP = Token Distribution Proposal … proposals that release treasury funds

#FairLaunch & Tokenomics
