Abstract

This guild is primarily focused on MoonDAO operations, community engagement, and maintaining a strong and healthy culture of cooperation at MoonDAO.

1. Setup foundation for Community Guild (discord channel, initial team, way of working, guideline, bounties, etc.) (Luffy)
2. Define the road map for community guild in short term and long term. (Luffy)
3. Community Engagement

• Define key indicators for community engagement (Luffy)
• Measure community engagement indicators (Luffy + Michie)
• Improve community engagement

4. MoonDAO operation

• Define key indicators for MoonDAO operations (e.g., Decentralization, Robustness, interoperability ) (Luffy)
• Measure Operation Indicators (Luffy + Michie)
• Automating time-consuming operations (Michie)
• Reviewing current processes and Reducing unnecessary bureaucracy / steps to do things (Luffy )

5. Facilitating communication and collaboration across language and time zone differences (Mitchie)

• MoonDAO healthy Cooperation Culture (e.g., Enforcement of code of conduct) (Luffy + Super Jellie)
