Abstract Swap signers @isaac to @mitchie_mitch on the MoonDAO Treasury. Mitchie has been a trustworthy and dependable individual at MoonDAO for more than a year and also serves as the operations lead, so his presence on the multi-sig is critical to the timely signing and execution of transactions.
