MDP-42: New Multisig appointment

We'd like to replace one of our multisig members.

Please vote between the following options for the person that will replace @eion on the MoonDAO Treasury multisig. All members have been active since the early days of MoonDAO, and have demonstrated that they can be trusted over long periods of time.
