Abstract

The MoonDAO Constitution is the foundational governance framework for the MoonDAO Community. In this proposal are five Amendments to the Constitution, and the community can vote on each individually.

Amendment 3: Senate Voting Approval and Quorum

Section 2.4.3 Senate Voting: Changes the approval to a super-majority (66.6%) for approval. Lowers quorum to 70%, down from 80%.
