MDP-112: Second Astronaut Reselection

Abstract

MoonDAO needs to select a new Astronaut since Yan was not able to get a visa. According to the Contest Rules, we went in rank order and tried to reach out to the 9 backup selection winners from the original selection. It has been two months and we have not been able to get in contact with any of the backups after repeated messages. As a result, MoonDAO is going to select again from the community via an NFT sweepstakes selection.
