MDP-38: Proposal For New Multi-Signature Appointment

@Larrotiz from our community has been appointed to serve on our Gnosis multi-signature wallet. If approved by the community, he will be replacing @eion's position on the multisig.

@Larrotiz has been a trusted member of MoonDAO since its inception, and has been the primary person creating our website. @Larrotiz is working on MoonDAO full-time so he's going to be very responsive. He is a family member of @pmoncada, so there is a high degree of certainty he'll be trustworthy as a guardian of our safe and making sure we're not susceptible to social engineering hacks.

Vote "Yes" if you approve of the appointment. Vote "No" if you do not approve of the appointment.
