Vote #1 - Paying forward the Optimism Superchain Creator Airdrop

Earlier this month, we received 4,241 OP in the Superchain Creators Airdrop.

This amount totals to ~16,000 USD at the time of this writing (Friday March 1 2024)

We appreciate their gesture, and we intend to pay it forward in a fun way with our community. This vote determines how these funds will be used.

All of these proposals are initiatives that we want to expand on in the future. This vote is the the first step and will be used to gauge of our communities interests. We may grow initiatives further in the short term if it resonates with the community and has a positive impact.

As a TOSHI holder, you have the opportunity to cast votes with your tokens. You can vote for one or multiple options by spreading your votes across these options in different weights.

• Donation to Stand With Crypto

A $16,000 donation to Stand With Crypto would benefit to aid Coinbase in its efforts to influence pro-crypto legislation within the United States. A charity started by Coinbase and Brian Armstrong is near and dear to our heart.

As a Base native coin we believe that this would benefit our ecosystem, while also showcasing Toshi as a leading donation wallet on their leaderboard. The current top donation on the leaderboard is $15,000.

• Donation to a Cat Shelter A $16,000 donation to a Cat-focused animal charity would directly change the lives of Cats in need of support. As a Cat themed community driven project we believe an initiative like this would benefit animals and have a good effect on our community by spreading pawsitivity.

We would work with a chosen charity and provide indirect interactions with the cats they've saved via photos and videos, and crediting the Toshi Community for choosing this initaitive. We will use TheGivingBlock to do this donation in crypto.

• Grant for Toshi Tool Users

A grant for projects using Toshi Tools would provide support to new projects who utilize our tools. This would provide an incentive for prospective builders in the form of recognition and capital from the Toshi community. This would not be an endorsement from Toshi, but rather an encouragement to help builders grow their initiative.

In order to be eligible, the project would need to use the Token Launcher and/or Launchpad, and also lock their liquidity using our LP Locker tool for a minimum period of 6 months
