Vote #3 - Toshi Frames Bounty

Three months ago Toshi joined Farcaster, created its /toshi channel, and announced a historic hackathon/bounty, requesting builders on Base to create onchain Farcaster Frames for the Toshi community. (https://warpcast.com/toshibase/0x453ec564)

Some of you reading this may be asking – What is a Frame? "A Frame lets you turn any cast into an interactive app. It's a standard for creating interactive and authenticated experiences on Farcaster.” (https://docs.farcaster.xyz/learn/what-is-farcaster/frames)

The bounty of $30,000, the largest bounty on Farcaster to date, was announced to allow builders of frames to get involved in the growing Toshi community.

DEGEN, another project in the Base and Farcaster ecosystem, also included a prize consisting of a 75,000 $DEGEN token tip allowance for the top 3 winning frames. (https://x.com/degentokenbase/status/1761046022900400568)

The time has come for the Meow DAO to vote for the winners of this bounty. Your $TOSHI tokens can be used to vote for your favorite frame(s). The voting is “quadratic” meaning you can split your voting power over multiple choices.

During this 7-day voting period, you will have the opportunity to select your favorites from the list of participating Frames posted in the /toshi Warpcast channel.

Links to the frames and their descriptions are provided. We encourage you to test the frames, ask the developers questions, and divvy up your voting power across multiple entries.

The top five voted frames will receive a share of the total prize pool, with rewards distributed based on the number of votes each frame receives.

For clarification, the voting is based on individual frames rather than developers. This means individual developers have the potential to win multiple times if they created more than one winning frame. This detail underlines the inclusivity of the competition and Toshi's support for dedicated developers who provide extra value to the community.

The Toshi Frames Bounty clearly illustrates how the Toshi community supports building on Base, supports collaborative efforts in the Base ecosystem, and promotes and rewards innovation on Farcaster. A Warpcast action allows users to tip others with $TOSHI tokens to reward valuable contributions such as insightful comments or creative content. This encourages a culture of appreciation and increases engagement and positive interactions. Currently, the minimum tip is $1 for every cast. “Toshi Buy Bot”

Kuririn’s Description: Buy and sell $TOSHI directly on Farcaster using your wallet and track your profits/losses. It only tracks buys and sells executed using this frame. “Toshi Explorer”

Ramitphi’s Description: This NFToshi recommendation frame, fetches the NFTs randomly and shows their price if they are listed on opensea or redirects to bid. It also includes the collection stats like floor price & average price of the collection. (https://warpcast.com/ramitphi/0x11f5370f)

“Toshi Friends”

Complexlity’s Description: The very first frame by any user entered into the bounty in February. It is a frame that airdrops users $TOSHI every hour on Farcaster. It went viral and more than 18,000 warpcast users actively used it with >800,000 $TOSHI shared. Personally funded by myself. A lot of users earned their first $TOSHI from it.
