Bi-Weekly Community Game Night

Objective: Host a bi-weekly game night for the community. Quizzes, trivia and riddle contests for all community members. Will be held in a dedicated gaming channel in the Totem Discord server. Initially we can play for fun to test out the idea. In the future, we can play for prizes and submit DAO proposals to vote on what those prizes should be.

Timeline: Bi-weekly. Exact date & time TBD.

Rationale: Looking to maximize the potential ways for our community to come together, socialize, and get to know each other.

Cost: Free to start. Future prizes may come from the vault. 👀

Accountability: An MX member will be responsible for hosting the game night, assuming the role of Game Master and refereeing the proceedings. Depending on the game, more than one MX may be required.

Moving Forward: Future rollouts of other gaming activities can be beta-tested in smaller groups and then opened up to all when appropriate (UNO, Cards Against Humanity, etc). A secondary use of this dedicated channel would be for real life games and sports. A space to come together and discuss upcoming sporting events, have streaming parties for such events, and even plan IRL meet-ups for sporting events.
