Rationale: The "Paper to Diamonds" floorsweeper giveaway is now over! We would like to support the community by purchasing XOiDs from the secondary market floor and storing them in the XOiD Vault, ensuring these XOiDs remain off the market. This will help set a more accurate floor price and allow sellers to enjoy some profits while simultaneously making all remaining XOiDs more valuable. Timeline: Upon approval of this proposal.
