Remove SPIRIT-FTM and FTM-USDC and replace it with MUSD-USDC

Hi, Akid here! , we propose to remove SPIRIT-FTM (1X) and FTM-USDC (1X) and replace it with MUSD-USDC (2X).

The reason is, we can start utilizing tax fees from MUSD (0.7%) per transaction. This fund can be used for marketing and buyback purposes
